Just thought I'd let you know that the version of 'Where Have the Sparrows Gone?' now available on my Bandcamp page is the full unedited five minutes that we recorded at StudioOwz.
It's subtly different to the version released on other streaming services and used in Tom Jacob's stunning video. It's over a minute longer for a start, building more slowly, creating more tension, befitting of the song's narrative. There's room to repeat Pete Roe's wonderful lead part, which was recorded on an old VOX continental organ.
Can you spot the other differences?
And a final note - it's this longer version that you'll find on LP and CD copies of the album as well as being available to download from Bandcamp with any pre-order (if you've already pre-ordered, you should be able to download now).
